I guess the first thing to address is why we changed our versioning scheme? Basically, we created a Google plus page for those wishing to help us test new versions before we release them to the masses. Internally, we use 2 numbers to identify our applications and since we publish these tests versions, we needed to update how the version number is displayed to you. Now you will see both numbers and it does help to identify the exact version of the app you are using. For those interested in joining the Enhanced SMS & Caller ID + testers community, go to our community page.
For those on Android 4.3, the biggest change is that our accessibility service was ported over to the new Notifications API. You can now safely disable the accessibility and then enable the Notification setting under your devices Settings > Security menu. This should result in fewer compatibility issues with Talkback and other related accessibility services.
Another Android 4.3 item we addressed was an issue where the loading screen would display indefinitely after clicking on Babel. This was a tricky issue to address but we did manage to nip it in the butt!
There were many bugs addressed in the latest version and we are thankful to all of you that pointed them out to us. We do try our best to address issues as they come up and given the sheer number of devices out there, it's no easy task. We appreciate all of your patience and continued support!
