AquaMail Notifications

In order to receive AquaMail notification in Enhanced SMS & Caller ID, you need to make sure that AquaMail was installed before Enhanced SMS & Caller ID. The reason for this is that Enhanced SMS & Caller ID requests permissions from you to access your mail and those permissions can only be granted when AquaMail is installed prior to Enhanced SMS & Caller ID.

Once you are sure of the above, the next thing to do is to make sure that AquaMail is set up to deliver notifications.  In AquaMail, make sure to:

  • Enable "Enable notifications",
  • Poll for new messages at least every 10 minutes,
  • Disable "Only when new message", and
  • Disable "Only when message changes".
