I don't hear anything when my headset is not connected!
If you don't hear anything at all except when your Bluetooth headset is connected to your phone, then there are a few things that you should check!
Under Other Options, make sure that Headset only is not checked.
eCID respects the volume of your ringer (nobody appreciates a phone that speaks during a meeting!), so make sure that your phone is not on silent/vibrate.
Is eCID even running? The app can't speak if it is not running!
Did you make sure to enable the talking feature for calls and SMS messages?
Are you screening SMS messages or phone calls?
