Logging - How do I set it up?

To make sure that we see messages from Enhanced SMS & Caller ID, from within the Enhanced SMS & Caller ID app, you need to Enable Logging. This can be done by opening the app:

  • Application Settings > Other Options > Debugging > Enable Logging

Now when you have an issue that you want some help on, make sure to email this log to us! This can be accomplished by opening the app and:

  • Application Settings > Other Options > Debugging > Email Log.
